About me
I am an educator and administrator with over 15 years of teaching and leadership experience. As Assistant Principal at the Regional Institute for Scholastic Excellence, I mentor and evaluate teachers, lead SEL and MTSS work, and drive student growth through data-informed, relationship-centered practices. My background spans teaching math, science, and humanities, coaching staff, and designing curriculum. I’m passionate about building calm, accountable school cultures where students and teachers thrive. Outside of work, I refuel through traveling, fitness, and long walks with an audiobook in my ears, and I tend a thriving indoor hydroponic garden.
