Dr. Jaime Herron is the Assistant Executive Director at South Cook Intermediate Service Center, where she provides leadership for the Student Advocacy Program and plays a key role in the Statewide Framework for Success, which focuses on continuous improvement for all schools. She has served as an ELA curriculum specialist and professional development coordinator, guiding South Cook districts with research-based professional learning and instructional support. With extensive experience as a teacher, reading specialist, and in various leadership roles, Dr. Herron helps districts by aligning curriculum, ensuring compliance, analyzing data, and implementing school improvement plans. She strongly believes in the excellence of every school in South Cook and considers it an honor to support educators and students in reaching their full potential.
