Exploratory Learning Activities

This session will focus on developing classroom activities that challenge students to construct their own knowledge through exploration. The basic format utilizes the techniques the presenter learned from Modeling Instruction and the 5E Instructional Model: Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate. The presentation will be framed through the lens of an engaging activity used in the presenter's classroom.
