Reducing the Administrator’s Workload through Distributive Leadership
Monday November 2, 2026 10:10am - 11:00am CST
This workshop is designed to help school administrators build sustainable systems of shared leadership that reduce administrator workload and increase schoolwide capacity. Participants will explore the principles of distributive leadership, examine common challenges that hinder collaboration, and learn practical tools—such as leadership trackers, goal-setting frameworks, and progress-monitoring systems—to embed accountability and shared ownership into their school improvement cycles.
By the end of the session, administrators will leave with a clear action plan for strengthening their leadership teams, strategies for aligning distributive leadership with school goals, and practical approaches to cultivating a culture of collaboration that drives continuous improvement and prevents burnout.

Continuous School Improvement Workshop: Supporting Districts with the New Statewide Framework for Success
Monday November 2, 2026 12:10pm - 1:00pm CST
South Cook invites district and school leaders to join us for an engaging workshop focused on understanding and implementing the new Statewide Framework for Success. This session will guide participants through the continuous school improvement process, highlighting practical ways South Cook can support districts in turning data into actionable strategies.
Our team partners with districts to analyze data, identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and develop action plans aligned to SMART goals. In addition, we provide leadership coaching and help districts create viable systems that ensure improvement efforts are sustainable. South Cook facilitates collaboration with administrators, providing the dedicated time and support needed to strengthen the implementation and monitoring of improvement plans. We are here to guide the process and ensure plans lead to meaningful, lasting results.
