“My Pleasure: Building a School Culture the Chick-fil-A Way” is a fast-paced 50-minute professional development experience designed for teachers and administrators to work together in shaping a positive, consistent school culture. Inspired by Chick-fil-A’s nationally recognized approach to hospitality, teamwork, and service-first leadership, this session highlights how every adult in the building contributes to the daily climate students and families experience. Through reflection, collaborative activities, and practical planning, participants will leave with shared strategies, consistent language, and actionable commitments to create a welcoming, mission-driven environment where staff and students thrive.”
