Learn how to move your district closer to a true biliteracy program! Participants in this session will learn about the differences between traditional programming for EL students and dual language programming and its benefits. Research will be presented on the effectiveness of dual language programming. Attendees will be challenged to reflect on their current practice and programming in multilingual education and consider how to best align programming with research on outcomes for multilingual learners.
